This seminar is designed for third country operators intending to operate into, within or out of EASA countries: 

- Airline operations management staff, quality staff and flight crews
- General managers of national aviation authorities / ministries of transport
- General management of aircraft leasing companies


Particular emphasis is placed upon: methodology of inspection, data analysis, working methods, regulatory framework, lines of communication and right of defense.

- Present the background and overall objectives of the EC Safety Assessment of Foreign            Aircraft (SAFA) program
- Present the background and overall objectives of the EC Community List process
- Present the regulatory and legal framework of above mentioned programs
- Initial demonstration of capability

- Identify key actors and stakeholders; working methods and lines of communication
- Present applicable ICAO standards and the method of checking compliance through SAFA      Ramp Checks
- Identify airline measures to fulfill SAFA obligations
- SAFA data analysis methodology
- Interface between Operator and State of Operator.
