Continuing Airworthiness - (EU) 2019/1383
New Continuing Airworthiness regulation 2019/1383 amending and correcting Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014.

alleviations for general aviation aircraft concerning maintenance and continuing airworthiness management

The regulation applies from 20 February 2020.
Air OPS - (EU) 2019/1384
New Air OPS regulation (EU) 2019/1384 has been published amending Regulations (EU) No 965/2012 affecting all Air OPS Annexes.
Major changes include:
New maintenance check flights (MCFs) requirements
Contracted activities
Use of aircraft listed on an AOC for non-commercial operations and specialised operations
Non-commercial operations of an AOC holder with aircraft listed on its AOC
IDE requirements
Number and composition of cabin crew
Additional requirements for flight training organisations

This Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Publication: 4.9.2019
Another important amendment to Air Ops regulation has been published September 5th, 2019. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1387 of 1 August 2019 implements new requirements for aeroplane landing performance calculations and a standards for assessing the runway surface conditions as well as update on certain aircraft safety equipment and requirements and operations without holding an extended range operational approval
